What has changed?

To ensure that we provide our customers with a secure online shopping experience and the best support possible we have launched a new SP Wilmad-LabGlass website. This site streamlines the checkout process and makes finding products easier and more intuitive.

How does it affect you?

You will no longer be able to log-in and see special pricing or do one-click reordering. Instead, simply add the items to your cart and check out. Our customer service team will contact you with a final invoice containing your pricing, shipping, and updated taxes.

My order is complete, but I didn’t pay.

Upon completion of your order, customer service will contact you via e-mail with payment information. We accept NET 30 terms, Visa, Mastercard, & American Express.

Is this a permanent change?

No. We are working hard towards launching a new website that will bring together the global brands that make up SP. This website will have all of the features and e-commerce capabilities that you have come to expect.
